4. Sales Tax and Final Charges

Sales tax is not applied at checkout. Instead:

  • It will be calculated and added by Stripe after the service is completed.

5. Booking and Payment

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no cost.

  • Same-day cancellations may result in a $25 service call fee.

  • Accurately describe wall types and other installation conditions

  • Secure pets, children, and valuables during service

8. Liability Disclaimer

SmartMount&Secure is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to walls, surfaces, or structures

  • Issues from incorrect wall type declarations

  • Problems caused by third-party or faulty equipment not supplied by us

9. Warranty

We offer a 30-day limited labor warranty, covering:

  • Corrections due to installation or workmanship errors

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • User misuse

  • Issues with products not provided by SmartMount&Secure
